Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Brain Gym iOS app and the appbraingym.com website. By using either, you agree to them.

1. The service

Brain Gym is a cognitive training app published by Veselkov Apps. The free tier includes core training. Brain Gym Elite is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all 83 cognitive domains, premium themes, double XP, and the Top 8% leaderboard.

2. Apple's EULA

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where this document and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA controls.

3. Subscription

Brain Gym Elite renews automatically at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
No refunds for partial periods. Apple may grant refunds at its discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, attempt to bypass the paywall, scrape the question bank, or use Brain Gym in any way that violates law. The cognitive content is owned by Veselkov Apps and licensed only for personal use.

5. No medical claims

Brain Gym is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have concerns about cognitive function, consult a licensed clinician.

6. Disclaimers

The app and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veselkov Apps disclaims all implied warranties.

7. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veselkov Apps' total liability arising from your use of Brain Gym is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and post a notice in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
