Privacy Policy

Brain Gym ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the iOS app and this website collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. What we collect

On-device only by default. Your training progress, BPI score, streaks, and answers are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple-provided storage (UserDefaults / Core Data). We do not upload them.
Subscription status. Apple confirms your purchase server-side via StoreKit. We never see your payment method or full Apple ID.
Crash diagnostics. Apple may send anonymized crash logs if you opted in to "Share with App Developers" in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics. We use these only to fix bugs.
Website. appbraingym.com uses Cloudflare to serve pages. Cloudflare logs IP addresses for DDoS protection per its own privacy policy. We do not run cookies for tracking or advertising.
Waitlist email. If you submit your email on the waitlist form, we store it solely to email you when Brain Gym launches and to send the early-access offer. One-tap unsubscribe is included in every email.

2. What we never collect

No IDFA. No advertising ID.
No third-party analytics SDK (no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no Mixpanel default).
No location.
No microphone, camera, contacts, photos, calendars, or health data.
No sale of personal data to any party, ever.

3. Children

Brain Gym is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, email info@veselkovapps.com and we will delete it.

4. Your rights

You can delete all your Brain Gym data at any time by uninstalling the app, or by tapping Profile → Data → Reset All Progress. To delete your waitlist email, email info@veselkovapps.com with subject "Delete me". We respond within 7 days.

5. International users

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA rights including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. Email info@veselkovapps.com to exercise any right.

6. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, if you have a waitlist account, email you. Trivial wording fixes do not require notice.
